Kris is a Sports & MSK physio with expertise in management of muscle and joint injuries. He has helped thousands of patients over the last 12 years overcome injury and regain their quality of life. He has a special interest in treating sport related injuries as current head physiotherapist for the South Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL, but also has expertise in non-sport and work related injuries such as low back and neck pain, headaches, shoulder, hip and knee pain and osteoarthritis related pain.
Kris completed his Master of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia, where he was awarded the Brooks and Marie Hammond Prizes for the highest academic achievement of all students for that year. During this extra study, he was able to further refine his skills in assessment and management of all muscle and joint injuries, guided by world renown physiotherapists and researchers. He has also studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement and Health Studies), giving him a thorough understanding of sports science and prescription of exercise to improve health and performance.
